NUR 437 Pharmacology III
Principles of basic pharmacology, aligning with Medical Surgical Nursing III, will be presented, includes drug classifications, pathophysiologic basis for drug therapy, and special considerations for drug administration. Responsibilities of the professional nurse in patient-centered, safe, effective medication administration are emphasized. Prerequisites: NUR 336, 347. Co-requisites: NUR 444, 447. Spring.
