SPM 150 Introduction to Sport Management

This course explores the historical significance, current trends, and future inclinations of sport management, including interscholastic, professional, and community/recreational sport programs. Subjects in the sport industry will be discussed and applied through individual and group research of actual agencies, properties, broadcast rights holders, and corporate sponsors and stakeholders.
