HIS 370 The United States Since 1945
This course is a study of the United States since 1945 with emphasis on the impact of the Cold War, the Vietnam War, and the War in Iraq on American society, as well as an understanding of various movements of social change, such as civil rights, student protests, and the women’s movement. Prerequisites: HIS 111, 112 or 201, 202. Fall, alternate odd-numbered years.
