HIS 324 Renaissance and Reformation

This course presents a history of Europe from the beginning of the Renaissance to the mid-seventeenth century, with emphasis on the decline of medieval institutions, the growth of humanism, the Protestant and Catholic Reformations, and the wars of religion. Prerequisites: HIS 111, 112. Fall, odd-numbered years.
