BUS 350 Legal Environment of Business
An introduction to the legal and regulatory environments in which businesses and managers operate. This survey course includes both lecture and case discussion. Topics include the nature of law and dispute resolution, some select areas of common law affecting business, constitutional law, administrative agencies, and statutory and administrative law of employment, securities, antitrust, labor-management relations, and the environment. Additional areas of law or legal topics may be selected by the instructor.
