PED 125 Personal Fitness & Wellness

This course is designed to introduce students to proper individual exercise methods, assessments, and living healthy lifestyles. Emphasis will be placed on wellness, physical fitness, nutrition, and weight management and how to incorporate exercise methods, assessment, and healthy lifestyles into an individual’s life-long wellness program. PE activity fee applies. This class does count for the physical activity core.
