MAT 375 Mathematical Modeling and Applications

This will largely be a project and activity-based course that focuses on problem solving, the process of mathematical modeling, and tools available for those models. Topics may include model fitting, dimensional analysis, dynamical systems, and linear programming. Students are expected to use appropriate technology and software. The course includes a variety of presentation methods and a final semester project.
