Academic Scholarships

Scholarships are awarded annually to students who have exhibited outstanding overall academic achievement in high school and to students who have outstanding college entrance test scores.

The Honors Scholarship competitions take place on Saturday, February 4, 2023. Competitions that day include scholarships for the Taylor Honors Program, the Travis Nursing Scholarship, and the Future Educators Scholarship. All applicants will interview with a team of distinguished faculty and staff as well as sit for an on-site essay. The criteria for all three of these scholarships is the same; applicants must:

• be a high school senior;
• have earned a minimum high school GPA of 3.0;
• have scored a minimum of 25 ACT or 1210 SAT;
• and, in the case of Travis and Future Educations, plan a career in the respective field of nursing or education.
