Federal College Work-Study Program (FCWSP)

The federal work program is designed to assist students with demonstrated financial need. Students work on campus for an hourly wage. The University of Tennessee Southern requires each student to complete the FAFSA. This form is available at www.FAFSA.ed.gov. The FAFSA form must be completed/submitted by March 15, the document must be marked “Yes” you are interested in work-study, and you must have at least a 2.0 cumulative GPA. All tax verification requirements are due by June 1.
