BUS 350 Business Law
This course introduces the student to the law governing crimes, the exclusionary rule under American law, torts, antitrust, and product liability. The federal and state laws governing employment, workers’ compensation, labor and safety, and consumer protection are discussed and analyzed. Basic elements of common law contract and contract law under the Uniform Commercial Code are introduced. Student participation is expected.
