PHY 252 Electricity, Magnetism, and Modern Physics

This is a continuation of PHY 251. Topics covered include electricity and magnetism, circuits, Maxwell’s equations, electromagnetic waves, physical optics, relativity and quantum physics. Problem solving and application of physical principles in a variety of contexts will be emphasized. Three credit hours lecture credit and one hour laboratory credit. Prerequisite: PHY 251, MAT 241.
