BUS 480 Capstone: Venture Planning

This course focuses on the concepts of the enterprise creation process. Topics include identification of opportunities, building a business plan, and strategic management. The semester project will be presented to VCs as a business plan. Students will: know and understand the functions and management issues regarding entrepreneurship within the context of venture capitalists. Learning objectives will be achieved based on classroom lectures, student engagement, student participation, and graded coursework.
